In what situation are you getting that message? As I mentioned previously, you don’t have Parental Controls set up on this Battle.net account. So if you are receiving that message on this account it sounds like a bug.
It would be helpful to know what the situation is that you are receiving that message, but you might also want to post what details you can in the Bug Report forum so our QA team can take a look.
