Paragons of the Klaxxi still bugged in Siege of Org. If you kill them too quick, Korven the Prime will not jump down, causing you to hearth and run all the way back in hopes of it not bugging again.
Edit: Found out you can have one of the shielded bugs kill you instantly, saving you some time. But the fight is still bugged.

Did you click on the amber that starts the fight while they were still talking?
Because that can bug out the fight. I’ve never encountered a bug where killing them too quickly prevents one of them from coming down.
Not bugged, have to wait for them to say “Come, children of the Titans, you face the Paragons”.
