Since patch 11.1 launched I have noticed that I have not being receiving any paragon chests from the 11.0 reputations when I get the amount of reputation needed. Had this happen to the Hallowfall Arathi and the Assembly of the Deeps reputations so far.
Part of me wonders if making the radiant memories gray items caused this problem as the paragon chests did drop them. Or are they just disabled until season 2 starts? If the latter is the case, it would’ve been nice to know about prior.
I’m having the same issue. I’ve seen this happen for rep from The General/Severed Threads and just now with the old 7th Legion paragon chest. I did see a support article under known 11.1 issues stating that they are aware of the problem but they don’t currently have a resolution. It’s just extremely frustrating putting effort into getting the 10k rep needed only to lose out on the rewards over a bug.
I’m putting my Shadowlands grinding on standby, because I’ve missed at least one paragon chest in Maldraxxus. Switching from season to season of current gear shouldn’t affect legacy reps, but it’s broken anyway.
I will have to pause my 7th Legion Service Medal acquisition. I’ve already lost 20 to this bug. I would have had the amount needed for the Priestess’ Moonsaber before the end of this month. If this bug stays it would take me 3-4 times that.
It’s probably intended because they award Radiant Echoes which were wiped without notice and aren’t dropping from Delves either.
I also haven’t gotten any Paragon Chests since 11.1. Today with season 2 launch I thought maybe it’d be different and it has not changed needed one quest to get paragon with Hallowfall and nothing.

i can confirm… ive paragoned atleast 3 reps in the last week… no chests on any
It wouldn’t be the most ridiculous thing to happen in the past couple of weeks. shrugs What’s the situation this week? Are paragon chests being rewarded?
