Just to let you know, if you happen across this quest and complete it, if you try to leave the desk it will teleport you back to the desk. Kind of a funny bug. It disconnected me after the third time…
When you leave the desk, hand in the quest right away to avoid this.

Omg thank you I was stuck in this and couldn’t figure out a way out. Even exiting the game it kept teleporting me back to the desk! Wild…
I didn’t personally have this issue, so I wonder what’s causing that to happen. Then again I did turn in the quest as soon as I could without thinking about it.
This is still happening to me, I can’t even complete the quest since the NPCs don’t increase the count when I interact with them
