with the new gown added to the trading post brings up the issue that the old cloth armor had you cant really use, as your leg armor just jets through and nothing seems to match / make the gown look great

The Earthen are going to be pantless. 
Hiding pants is not needed. They just need to amend those robes to override the pants. Like the blue overalls do.
