With two points in Pandemic Invocation, tool tip says it should be doing over 7k shadow damage. On test dummies it does around 900.

They fixed the tool tip on beta its suppsoed to do a small tick its basically only their for the shard gen. The damage is not worth anything.
Yeah, the corrected tool tip is live now. What a disappointing talent this turned out to be.
