We have Gravewalker Gie as a canon Pandaren Death Knight. We also have a name for Pandaren Death Knights (Gravewalkers). Plus, thanks to Chen being present in WCIII, we have Pandaren Active prior to the events of Wrath so it is entirely possible for a Pandaren to be a Death Knight.
Bring us Pandaren Death Knights, pls Blizz.

Everyone knows Pandas are way too nice to be Death Knights.

Very very few pandaren would have been wandering the world when the Scourge happened. Chen and Gie are like extreme rarities. It’s technically possible, but it’s not high enough to make them playable.

wait for wrath 2.0.
People, please understand that we are not going to get updated death knights until wrath 2.0.
When we get in the next 1-3 expansions it will have a completely revamped DK starting experience and allow pandaren and many of the allied races to be DKs
I don’t want to say all allied races because I believe LF draenei should be immune to necromancy due to what they are. There may be others as well such as mogu or robotic races that simply wouldn’t make sense because they are not flesh but metal and stone.

It was because of not enough of them, I think.
When arthas was active. Pandaria was still shrouded in mist. So, most pandaren came from wandering isle then. Which is not that big of a place. And I think there was some taboo about outside world there. Limiting the number of pandaren to go wandering even more. And to be DK those pandaren need to be found by the scourge and then determined to be good enough to be DK.
They already exist in game.

Mag’har wouldn’t make much sense either since along with Lightforged they were nowhere around. Any other race should be open game IMHO
Soon she will become the LQ and rule with an iron claw.
mag’har would be around for wrath 2.0 when we get updated death knights. We are not going to have allied race death knights until we get wrath 2.0. People need to understand that and stop with this topic of asking for them. Blizzard knows people want them but no matter what they wouldn’t make sense until wrath 2.0.
Could some of them exist? yes. Would they have reason to join either faction at the time of wotlk? no.
and those that bring up goblins and worgen keep in mind that decision was made under a different dev team than the one we have now.
Blizz already stated in a Q&A that their special snowflake NPCs weren’t the norm and shouldn’t be treated as such.

By that argument then Lightforged being around qualifies them. Some of the early DKs would have been Paladins and Arthas himself was a Paladin so connection to the light hasn’t stopped people in the past from being raised a DK
I think it was pointed out the revamped Eastern Plaguelands Questlines that the Scourge specifically looks for Strong Paladins to turn into Death Knights…like Gidwin Goldbraids.
Blizzard is too lazy also other players would complain about the starting zone when in reality Blizzard wouldn’t have to even touch it just let you pick your side when making one like when we boost one.
using the light isn’t equal to it being part of your physical body.
You know, the argument “X has too few pop to be playable” has been thrown out of the window thanks to Void Elves.
A minority, of a race that had 90% or so of its population killed in the third war.
