Flexxing cata pop when it’s a fraction of what 2019 vanilla, tbc and wotlk were is a dark path to take.

Cata is virtually all just raid loggers, I barely see anyone in SW or around in the world compared with SoD.

I’m not flexing. I’m primarily a retail player, Classic in general across the board is a shell of what it once was but to say MoP would have been DoA is incredibly dumb.
MoP has a far wider reaching appeal than Cataclysm ever did and Cata has never been dead since launch.

I’m not here to shill for MoP. I don’t need to as it will have a healthy community on its own. I just find it entertaining you guys can’t stay in your lane and enjoy your game quietly.
I literally just said I’m primarily a retail player, but I love MoP. I would prefer the SoD community stays in SoD. Cata has enough obnoxious trolls.
Might help with temporary numbers but long term realistically, many SoD players will just unsub and find other versions of the game that are doing classic+ content.
Cata was a known flop and had the devs scrambling to throw together sod and even gave us a 2nd 2019 vanilla to stop hemorrhaging players from “classic”.
If you aren’t here to shill for MoP then why are you so insistent on talking it up?

That’s weird because I casually level alts in Cataclysm and never see GDKPs advertised. Nothing like Classic Era, TBC and Wrath Classic.
Cataclysm wasn’t a flop. It was just mismanaged early on thanks to Season of Discovery. The top 10-ish realms have maintained a healthy population because Cata onward benefits from having server imbalance.
If everyone on Mankrik is playing Horde, you have far more players to recruit to guilds and far more pugs running. This version of Classic also has cross-realm grouping for stuff like heroics/heroic+ and BGs.
I don’t log into Cata much these days, other than the occasional transmog runs but when I do, my guild always has 30-40 people online. I’d say that’s pretty healthy.

I don’t have to shill for MoP. It’s a great expansion with some of the best PvP and the people that enjoy that era of WoW will play it. I personally couldn’t care less how many of you forum trolls come over.
