I have some unfinished Achievements i would like to complete, any idea if its still possible to get into these scenarios and how do i do it?

Go to Mogu’shan palace and fly to the upper level. Go inside and there should be NPC’s there that will queue you for normal and heroic scenarios along with MoP LFR’s. A different NPC is used for each one of those 3.

I went and looked but they are not showing up. I was thinking maybe the removed them. Or relocated them.
Are you in the BFA phase of the vale? I think blizzard removed them from that phase.
