Who’s idea was it to lock Mists of Pandaria scenarios to level 50 in Shadowlands? Why shouldn’t I be able to solo them as a level 45 outside of Chromie time? I’ve been looking forward to doing that. Pandaria caps at level 35 outside of Chromie time, why won’t its scenarios do that too?
EDIT: … you can’t even access the Pandaria scenarios from the Lorewalker guys at the Seat of Knowledge until level 50 when you’re Chromie-timed. Are there specific NPCs you’re supposed to talk to instead? Especially for the Theramore’s Fall scenario. I still haven’t experienced that one.
EDIT 2: Nevermind, I went to check with Brewmaster Tzu at the Greenstone Village in Jade Forest. “You do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons.” As far as I’m concerned, comparing this to poop would be an insult to the poop.

I’ve just run into a problem like this too.
I’m now lvl 47 in Legion(because that’s where I left off before buying SL).
Unlocked Antorus raid, but apparently cant do the raid. My wife at lvl 50 tried to go in with me, but it says You can’t enter instance due to timewalking campaign."
So I look up online that I can go to Archmage Timear (The guy that puts you in LFR for the specific expansion), but he tells me “you do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons” For All 16 Raids/Dungeons…
But I left off mid Legion after doing most raids at that time…in fact, some of my raid quests are half done and now I can’t get back in to finish them…
So frustrated.
For what it’s worth, “timewalking campaign” issues can be due to each of you having a specific Chromie Time active. You can each check what Chromie Time you’re on through the RDF, and what list of dungeons you’ve been granted. Hope that helps at least.
My issue is that not even when outside of Chromie Time do I get to access the Pandaria scenarios before level 50, even though I know for a fact that all of the mobs inside get to be capped at 35. -_-
