Pandaria Remix: Pandaria Raids Bugged or Intentional?

Hello,

I did 5 out of the six raids on normal on a healer and SoO (the sixth) on my better geared DPS. Though while it says all of them were completed when I hover over it, the achievement has not been granted and the trinket isn’t unlocked.

Does anyone know if this is warbond linked or if it is supposed to be? Some of the other achievements acquired in Remix were done on multiple characters after the patch, so I assumed it was the same with this.

You will get the neck piece (Timerunner’s Amulet) from completing the Pandaria Raids achievement. Every boss must be killed on Normal difficulty.

A comment on Wowhead suggests that the achievement must be completed by the same character.
