Just curious if when we make our remix characters if they’ll be able to use the transmogs and mounts that our “normal” characters have unlocked or if it’ll be limited to only ones that remix characters have unlocked.
I know they said the remix unlocks we carry back to retail when remix ends, just wondering how it’ll work while ongoing.
I’m okay with either way, just curious.
I doubt dragonriding will work but there shouldn’t be restrictions on anything else 
I didn’t try, but I don’t think so. There are no traditional vendors or gold.
You get dragon riding within 10ish minutes of being within the zone. But I don’t think you can customize your dragon. (might be a bit of an exaggeration, but it really doesn’t take long)
We had dragonriding unlocked at level 10 during the ptr, I think. My brain is being foggy rn trying to accurately recall. (Brain plz why, can you be reliable for ONE MINUTE)
Now, whether or not that goes live is a different thing.
I do think I saw some players who had mogs of stuff you can’t get in pandaria, but again - ptr. Take with a grain of salt.
In remix? Really?? That’s cool!
So, do i have to wait til remix is over to use any mogs i pick up in remix?
Use them in retail i mean.
That’s a great question, but not something I tested on the PTR. If I had to guess, you’ll be able to use them instantly on retail after unlocking them.
Your remix character is on a retail server after all.
Can you use the Yak mount to vend /repair and T-Mog?
these usually cost some gold to do.
The tmog npcs at the shrine still exist, which is what I was using for mogs.
I think one of the special NPCs you find in the lil Bronze/Eternal outposts in each zone offers the ability to transmog as well.
Probably not. There is no “loot” to sell. You “scrap” everything you get and don’t use to get currency to upgrade gear and purchase transmogs and mounts from the vendors.
Although they specifically say something like “…Carry over to The War Within”
maybe not DF.
From my experience on the ptr, just about everything from our live accounts carries over to our remix characters. Even the buyable rep 100% boosts that you can currently get apply to remix characters (or at least they did during the ptr. Who knows if that has been changed since.)
If I remember correctly, remix gear doesn’t have durability. Not sure on tmog though.
Oh wow, I was expecting to be ground-only till max level. That’s awesome, didn’t expect them to let us dragonride.

If we can’t use transmog on our remix characters, that’s a huge oversight imo. Not being able to use existing characters is one thing, but we can’t even use our transmogs?? One of the things I hated about Plunderstorm was being stuck in the given pirate mogs the entire time.
Stop with these events tied to retail where we can’t use our retail stuff
Edit- was posting in response to the first few replies saying it wasn’t possible, but others are saying it is possible, so I’ll wait and see. Shouldn’t get mad over nothing if it’s a false alarm
