I’m glad the game is going to be less restricted when it comes to transmogrification but I’m also angry that this is being announced now instead of during the Remix event. I didn’t buy others sets because I couldn’t equip them on the one character I care about, which is this Mage.
At least allow people that participated in the Mists of Pandaria: Remix event and bought at least one class set to buy other sets with the Bronze Celebration Tokens right now to take advantage of the anniversary event. I think it’s only fair.

I’m guessing they didn’t originally plan for them to be cross class. Many people just bought everything since we were overflowing with bronze. I’d give you the remix mage mog if I could since I don’t play belves and will never use it.
Blizz did say remix and the reward would return, and with the recent announcement of plunderstorm returning, in early 2025, I’m guessing remix could make a return some time next year too but I’m just guessing.

Ugh, they tell us now when I leveled an orc for my warlock and a belf for my mage.
Not complaining. This is a good change. I wanted this set for my warlock:
I guess I can just delete this character now and race change my warlock. I have so many alts…

Nah, I have the Mage set. What I don’t have are the Warlock and Priest sets that I’ll be able to equip now but didn’t buy at the time because it wasn’t possible before.
What I’m asking is that they make the other sets available to buy via the anniversary tokens for people that bought at least one set during the Remix event to address the poor planning on their part.
They said MoP Remix is returning so that probably means you’ll have to wait for that.
cool
now remove all the pointless restrictions on our mogs.
Mail sets are often not nearly as nice as cloth or leather for hunter.

I imagine that’s the case, but maybe they’ll surprise me. The anniversary tokens is the perfect solution for this problem as well since we’re already in the event and all.
Oh my bad, I misunderstood you. But Blizz did say that remix was going to return with the rewards. With Plunderstorm coming back beginning of next year, maybe we’ll have to wait until mid next year or end of next year for remix.
… So what you’re saying is I can use the Mage class set on a Blood Elf Warlock, go Destruction and change the fire to fel green…
I’m not sure how to feel about this.

I feel pretty damn good about it and I’m stealing this idea.

kael become a warlock the moment he made a deal with KJ back in the sunwell but he didnt use much of his new powers (possible plot hole there) but yeah it’s totally fine.
Strange that they announced it now.
While I haven’t tried to use them, these items have been appearing in other characters transmog options since at least last week.
Hm, I’ll probably keep my Blood Elf Mage a Mage. Though it would be nice to fel infuse my flame spells. Eh, oh well. I still got phoenixes and the like.
Go ahead, hope you enjoy it. As for me it’s just another headache as do I keep my Undead Warlock, Race change him to Blood Elf or Orc?
Personally not a fan of decisions like this but glad people like it I guess.
This game doesn’t need any more homogenization than it already has.
Class identity should be important
There are tons of class sets already in the game.
These aren’t even sets. They’re three pieces that sometimes don’t match anything (cough MoP warlock cough)
I’m kind of excited I can use the “Hunter” pieces on my shaman, where they look like they belong anyways.

Because it wasn’t originally part of the plan. They changed their minds at some point, kind of like releasing a brutosaur mount after swearing they wished it had never been part of the game.
Great now…maybe we can get this for legacy mogs?
i dont even remember if i even got any class sets in remix
You got them for doing quests… so you might have. If you where ever in the thunder isle you got the weapons at least think armor was the landfall less im mixing them up
i think i may have gotten some from vendors but i dont know which ones
