I’m level 91 on my alt.
Is it possible to just stay in Pandaria and level or do I have to go to Dreanor to keep getting good XP?

Once you hit 91, you’ll get an XP penalty in MoP content. You can probably squeeze out a level or two more by continuing there, but it won’t be very efficient.
WoD leveling is pretty efficient, and you can buy a bonus XP potion from the quatermaster in your garrison to make it even faster.
Was afraid of that.
I hate doing these long openings to expansions that I’ve done already.
If you can get the character to the landing point for the garrison, you can skip the Tanaan intro. The NPCs will start up the Garrison quests without it. That’s obviously a lot easier if you’ve got flying unlocked, as otherwise, it can be a long treck from Ashran (mage port) or Gogrand (with the Timeless Isles teleport.) Heck, if you’ve got flying unlocked, you can skip the WoD quests and just level through treasures on Draenor. I suppose that works without flying as well, it’s just slower.
