I am very indecisive between a Human monk or a Pandaren monk (male)
On one hand I like that humans have pretty much every mog work for them
On the other hand I find the pandaren really funny and that fits my personality well
Human.
Pandaren are over rated.
How are they? They’re the least played race I am pretty sure
Too many monks are Pandaren.
Because it fits them the best

Not really
If you aesthetically like aspects of both, look at functionality.
Humans have bonus rep racial.
Pandaren have better food racial.
Figure out what will feel better for you playstyle wise and go from there, there are more factors you can use to decide aside from just appearances. 
Human for pve and pvp.
PVP EMFH is just too good.
PVE the 2% bonus to all secondary stats is also superb.
Honestly, both races have good points going for them.
PVP:
- Humans having EMFH is amazing
- Pandarens Quaking Palm is also amazing.
PVE:
- Humans have bonus rep and 2% increased secondary stats
- Pandarens Epicurian is god-like when it comes to end-game, and rested experience is gained at twice the rate while leveling

Everywhere is within walking distance, if you have the time. Meditate on this.

They have different combat animations. I’d say try a trial on both to see which animations you’d rather see on your screen.

they do? I thought all monks had the same fight animations depending on the spec

They do – aside from hard casting Enveloping Mist and Vivify.

You know the grind is gone right? Just go do the quest line in your capital city is the only requirement.
With that said kul tiran monk> all others

You still have to do everything except the rep requirement… Still took me a week of like 6 hours a day questing

Mechagnome only had the rep requirement I thought, idk weird alts aren’t really much my thing. I maybe lvl 1 alt an xpac now since mop
However with that said, you have kul tiran that punch is too food for monks in pvp and m+
Yeah idk, I’m leaning towards pandaren though
I’m a bit of a silly/jovial person so I’d say they fit that criteria lol
