I was wondering about the food buff the pandas get, does it help? I’ve never really did the cooking profession to begin with, so I’m totally in the dark about what buffs normal food give. And is it the food the pandas make that has the racial buff or can they buy or get food others make and get the food buff?
Yes so pandearan get double the effects of well fed (eating food for 10 seconds and usually lasts an hour) and I’m assuming it doesn’t have to be their food it can be anyone’s.
That is actually quite a big buff. Food can give any stat as well fed - primary stat/mastery/haste/stamina/crit. They used a lot because a buffet (something that lets everyone eat it) is a good way to give an entire raid/PvP group a buff of like 10% stamina or 20 Primary stat for an hour which is a big deal. Doubling those buffs is actually quite helpful.

It’s a strong racial, but apparently only Pre Mixed Pot of Noodles food work in arenas and you can only buy those from Ashran area I Think? I’ve never done it myself since I don’t do arenas/RBGs. It absolutely helps and is very versatile.
You can boost any stat you want and often different specs favor different stats.
But it has a very big flaw in that you cant use it in arenas. I cant even begin to understand how this is justified when other races are allowed to use their +dps racials.
It could be easily solved by having the npc sell arena food.

As I said just before you, there is one food that works in Arenas and RBGs, pre mixed pot of noodles. It only works for Pandaren.
Im sorry…Ashran is in WoD, we are in Shadowlands. Is a food item from 4 expansions ago supposed to be relevant?

It’s strange that it’s relevant, and strange that it’s the only food that works, and strange that it’s only sold by 4 expansions old vendors, but yes.

Is the druid rebirth conduit the best food in the game?
Does it stack with the panda racial like normal food?
With higher conduit ranks will Druid rezzed pandas become a new meta? Panda’s flying up in the air then dropping down to die for an out-of-group druid to rez them before the run starts for an augmented stat buff? Druids selling BR buffs to the endgame raiders?

I think it got nerfed before launch, I remember youtubers saying it was the highest simming racial during the beta.
