While I am not a big fan of them, little curious as to why they can’t be druid. I mean, they are already bears lol.

I think that the Pandaren Spirit should be Moonkin form and Healer form. The Earth Spirit one for Healing and the grey one or Water Spirit one for Balance.
Turtles I agree with, and cranes would be cool, but I could also go with an ox for land. Cloud Serpent is definitely Flight Form.

I’m conflicted.
On the one hand, the caster form is almost always bird based, so red crane would be the obvious choice.
On the other hand, a crane travel form would be able to use the same form for air, water, and land, which would be super cool.
Neither did the Kul Tirans or Gilneans when they were practicing druidisim.
I mean, you’re not wrong (and they would likely do that since it would be a simple reskin). I just thought it’d be cool to mix it up a bit and it’s a nice tie in with their celestial, Niuzao the Black Ox. He is the spirit of fortitude. He has been referred to as the strength of the west and protector of the weak. Sounds like a tank to me

Harvest-witches explained this, lore wise gilneans are harvest-witches, the worgen curse amplified their magics, since the worgen curse was caused by a night elf druid artifact, but mechanics they are druids

You’re statement was that Pandaren can’t be druids because they never had contact with Cenarius or Night Elves. Neither did either flavor of human druid.
Harvest witches are druids, they just had a different name because they were formed without Night Elf teachings. They just worked out how to do it themselves.
They picked up some new tricks after meeting the Night Elf druids, but what they were practicing before was still druidisim.

Correction: There was. When they crashed on the Alliance, I’m sure some druids were there. Who knows, maybe the druids sparked inspiration in the Pandaren, and they created their own type of Druid? Or the druids taught them during their stay before they left? Maybe some druids stayed on the island.
Pandaren are very peaceful with Nature, and I know Shamans and Druids are not the same, but they could base their druidism off of the spirits that they have. They also are renowned for growing amazing crops, just some back up lore for Resto.
This could also be applied to the Pandaren Druids.

Cloud serpent only really makes sense for a flight form though. A crane form could be used in every terrain.
Even water? Can cranes breath under water?
They can’t breath underwater but neither can crocodiles.

I was kind of in the same line of thinking with having their tank form be an ox instead of a bear, just to mix it up.
Though now that you mention it, turning into a kite wouldn’t really make a lot of sense 
I just think the same form for flight, water, and land would be boring, especially when there are cool options on the board like Cloud Serpents and turtles.
Drusts practiced in the old ways, more focused on the death cycle of druidsm, which is why kul tirans aren’t hippy tree life loving like night elves since most of the thornspeakers use bones and runes

How do you get a pandaren druid trainer as neutral faction when that said pandaren been on that turtle island for his entire life, before alliance/horde druids show up on that turtle island
