Is it going to be available at launch of Season 4? I keep seeing it is coming out in the new patch…but nothing that verifies that means day 1?

No. It’ll be weeks later.
Season 4 is part of 10.2.6. Timerunning Remix is part of 10.2.7.
And no. Blizz hasn’t made any statements about possible release dates. But the roadmap says it’s coming in Spring so it’ll be before June 20th.

Everything usually was around 2 months between.
It’ll probably be earlier than that. If I had to guess, it’ll either be the last week of May or the 1st week of June to give us time to finish our S4 achievements…before they release this and kill the season. But I guess we won’t know until it happens.
I’m guessing not at the launch of S4, because they want folks to focus on S4 for a few weeks. My guess is around week 4 is when we will see it go live.
