I mained holy through T5 during the original TBC, and healed and tanked some during Classic on this toon. Bad DPS is bad DPS.
If folks pop AoE before the tank gets decent threat, they get flattened.
If you’re in a group with a pally tank that salvs the DPS, there’s more room for dumb DPS to be dumb. The more spell power the tank has, the better. For some reason, meta sheep seem to think pally tanks mean they can do whatever they want whenever they want. Well, they’re wrong.
If you’re gonna be dumb, you’ve gotta be tough.
