Ret dmg is way behind everyone. not by a little but by 2-3 million in mythics.

If only they actually listened to good feedback, but the class designers in wow suck.
There was alot of good feedback from bolas etc in the ptr thread, but as usual blizz ignores it and have to patch us later in the tier.

Well, that’s not good…
I had argued that we desperately needed not just buffs, but massive buffs because with the nerf of DH, we lost 10-12% of our overall damage. That’s major. I doubt there was ANY class that took as hard a hit as we did.

Okay, so yes, Ret DPS isn’t great right now but if you’re anywhere near 2-3M behind another spec in a full key that’s a player problem in addition to a spec issue. The most I’ve been behind another spec is .75M and I’m not some great player.

Funny thing, hit 4p on my ret and 496 ilvl, and still i’m simming less than an Elemsham & warlock AT UNDERMINE - THE PREVIOUS TIER WHEN THE PATCH WAS RELEASED. IS THATNORMAL ?
Our set looks good on paper this season, but its really bad. Top that off with how badly were tuned and yes.

Our tier set is head-scratchingly bad. It would be weak in any tier, but much less this one where most of them are pretty wild.

In my opinion, in M+ it should now be played with 1min Crit Wing (I also use TS) and yesterday I closed a M+ at about double compared to the other Ret paladin (he also had FR, and had a 794 weapon while I had 691) clearly a single experience does not count, but I invite you to try it (and I was also using 2pz + 2pz which is not recommended by the guides).
