Pally class mount not popping up

I have the class hall campaign completed, I have the title. I have breaching the tomb achievement completed (on this character) but the quest is not showing up for me. I’ve tried logging out and back in. I have 5 other class mounts I can’t figure out what the heck. I have done every story line and campaign for legion and no pally quest with champion Cyssa Dawnrose NPC. very frustrating.

See if this helps. There’s a good bit of traveling back and forth between the class hall and broken shore but these are the general requirements.

Class Mounts & Account Wide Breaching the Tomb

You have to complete the entire Legion class hall campaign all the way up through recruiting your Legionfall champion on each class to access the mount quest chain, and is most likely what they mean by the Legion campaign. Much of the breaching the tomb can be skipped over otherwise, although you still need to do the first two parts (escort Khadgar, scenario can be skipped). Once you’ve done the class hall campaign, Maiev should offer the questline to recruit your legionfall champion. After that…
