I hate that Ring of Peace goes through Turtle. It’d be nice if Turtle can heal the hunter during its duration instead of reducing dmg by 30%.
I don’t think Hunters should attack while in Turtle, similar to Deterrence. However, I agree that ret should do reduced dmg while in Bubble (like it used to be), and same should be for BoP (now they one can do physical dmg while being BoP’ed). Carrying an immunity and doing full dmg is not fun to play against. Considering they are 8s and 10s long.

Demo lock and thats it. No other spec/class has enough lore reason for one to exist. Just let them summon Krosus from the shadow realm to mouth breathe on some ice or bubbles.
