the new set and its buff do not affect the ability Justicar’s Vengeance at all. i know the text on it says it affects divine storm and final verdict but final verdict and justicar are supposed to be interchangeable. before asking me why im using justicar and not final verdict i have this to say. shhhhhhh thats not the point
