Not really. Back in the day, ya, that doubled swing time was murder to us. But now that we have Divine Storm, CS, Exo, and any other instant casts that come in P2. We really don’t need to rely on auto attacks.
But it’s nothing a swiftness potion can’t solve; pop and run.
This is so meaningless. Oh no, a paladin can do some damage every 5 minutes without you being able to attack back. Meanwhile, hunters will be using stealthed cats with kill command and bestial wrath for a 1.35 x 1.6 x 1.5 = 3.24x damage multiplier on bite.
Like if they had a 20% movement speed buff…, oh right they have that from the BFD buff.
The main dev is playing a ret paladin, thats why currently all the mail has 2x the stats then other gear, dont expect any nerfs to paladins whatsoever. They will be top healers late game, top tanks and they will compete with warriors for top dps spot.
If you designed a game that you played wouldnt you sprinkle little something on the class you’re playing? The problem is paladin is a beginner class with no difficult mechanics basicly just hold W and right click if in trouble buble or LoH. Paladins used to be reasonable when their damage was lackluster and the way to defeat them is to kite them out. the problem is with bfd buff they basicly have a travel form and their damage has been upgraded so much they can one shot people in a HoJ, but we will just have to wait and see if the scaling gets less ridiculous going forward, they were always decent at low brackets.
make sure you have pallypower installed, a pretty dress donned and the right attitude and you’ll be a desired healer/support for any group. good luck friend

there’s literally no shortage of pinky healers. if you get uppity, you WILL be replaced
