You talking about SoD or classic?
We trivialize Aku’mai. That’s kind of it.

Well, some of us have at least one.
Not that ret can’t unload on people, but they should be one of the easier classes for hunters, as you probably should be able to easily out distance them, and they have zero real ways to stop your pet.
That would be good. I hate mages.
Dwarf warriors in HC are better than humans. They have more HP like a lot more and are a very good pick. Get a pocket heals, make a dwarf in HC and you will run around like an unstoppable god on your warrior. Or just do herb+ alch and solo quest taking on small groups of NPCs at your level and you can do fine that way too. Either way you look at it, warrior to 60 in HC very do-able. By no means would I rate that as difficult as compared to the other classes I have played in HC.
Hah, first thread I’ve seen complaining about Paladins since they (rightfully) fixed the Avenger’s Shield Daze to be trinketable and removable by shifting.
We ret paladins are certainly strong in pvp right now, but not nearly as oppressive as BM hunters or priest healers were, so I’ll be surprised if they hit us with any nerfs before P2.
If we’re suddenly somehow incredibly oppressive in P2 because of a 5 min cooldown that lasts 8 seconds (but more likely because of some nasty new runes they give us if it does happen) then sure, throw some nerfs our way. Only seems fair.
Pretty happy with their efforts to throw some small balance changes out every week or so rather than doing an expansive list of nerfs and buffs each month that just completely turn entire classes on their head.
Keep it up I say, even if it’s eventually gotta be Ret’s turn on the chopping block.
Oh yeah, completely trivialize that fight. But Paladins are just an amazing PvE class now. We get a free prebis hammer that had us doing pretty high damage week one with little effort. There is also the fact that we contribute about 8% of all healing simply by existing. Ret is so tanky many groups aren’t even bringing a tank anymore, ret can take taunt when needed and solo tank the entire dungeon. It’s a powerful class in teh hands of your typical bad ret player. They are practically gods in the hands of someone that actually knows how to play. I guess that’s the saving grace…most ret players are pretty garbage.
The irony here.
I wouldn’t call it little effort. I guess maybe now with there being a warlock to summon you to every zone in the game, but week 1 it took me 4 hours alongside four other paladins from my guild to complete my Verigan’s.
Of course, we did it all at lvl 20-22, so it was a teensy bit harder for us, but it was well worth it to have it all the way until Fathomblade eventually dropped.
Of course, you’ve never managed it on any toon.
That’s fair. I tanked BFD as ret last night, lol. Most specs can tank without speccing, though.
The pre-bis hammer is nice. Very nice. Our DPS is mid-tier to lower now and we catch so much flak for existing for some reason.
I can pocket heal a warrior dwarf of yours to level 60. I can get you there with ease. Well actually it wont be easy, but I can still do it. Hpal+ dwarf warrior. Will not be stopped. Or you can just refuse to play HC and regret not having given it a try.
The only place you’ll see a lvl 60 in HC is in SW.
More proof you dont play it and that you need to. Hundreds, maybe thousand have made it to 60 at this point. Many in full epics. And it is a made up myth that you lose your HC toon forever when you die. People who keep saying they play it and then say that here are wrong.
You can move it over to any PvE or PvP server of your choice on level 60 reg Classic if you die on it.
But not you.
I have. Go play it.
No, you haven’t.
Go play HC.
ya , pallies are broken.
Not interested in boosting you, sorry.
