seems to be alot of confusion with people saying pally buffs are better than shaman buffs functionally and in terms of actual numbers so i would like to post their buffs vs shaman buffs and do an actual comparison at lvl 25.

this is a win again for alliance especially if the ap calc is different for some classes and even if it is the same theres a 15 ap difference .

horde dont get their mana totem till 26 so lets see that one

mana spring totem lvl 26 req.
4 mana every 2 seconds to the whole party .
so its about 8 and a half per 5 seconds to the whole party . pretty good considering it hits everyone and it would take all of about 2 buffs on the party from the pally to equal the mana spring totems output .
this one is a wash cause its about equal.
so ya alliance 3 1/2 horde 1/2 if we were lvl 26 and otherwise alliance 4 horde 0.
i can go on but this tabbing is annoying.
simple fact is 1 pally can buff the whole raid and the buffs are mobile and have no range requirement other than the initial buffing.
when salv comes they will be able to salv everyone that needs it and wont have to be in party to do so and will be able to salv people in the tank group that arent tanks as well.
there are so many more ways that pally buffs are superior in terms of usability and flat numbers that can be said but ill leave it for the replies.
