It is, but it’s very little as a 3 second sprint on a 45 second cooldown.
Whether paladins get a leap or baseline two charges on steed, some kind of extra mobility should be added.
Give Warlocks a fel-blink as well, really anti-mobile caster class, casting and pre-planting portals, which can be interrupted, just give our gates insta cast as well, maybe give wings so I can fly and shoot from sky, oh wait, that’s DH.

Pally needs a weakness tbh. They have fully immunity where you can still attack, lay on hands, regular heals, great buffs, a baseline stun.
Warriors for example have charge and leap (which is awesome and can be specced into 2 charges each), but we don’t have anything else listed. If we spec into our stun, we lost a charge of charge (lol).
Overall, I think it’s fair that a pally doesn’t have mobility, annoying sure, but also fair. I also main a pally too. Lastly, I don’t think the paladin fantasy is leaping into a giant melee

Give them leap take away bubble, so they can leap away from danger instead of run away and bubble?
Never will non arms mains know the joy of heroic leaping into a crowd, hitting warbreaker, and beyblading until the enemy dies or you do.

You don’t want those things that make those classes unique. You just want to take something that makes warriors unique so they’re no longer unique. Right. Let’s just ignore all the utility that makes paladins unique. They need to be more unique by beimg more like this other class.
Because its not fair for other classes, especially classes which are anti-mobile as well. The fact that Paladins has so much already and you asking for even MORE is kinda lame, you already have bubble, blessings, healing, steed ( which is an mobility ability ) your classes doesn’t die like others classes does, your class can upkeep other players and save them, which other classes can’t. Next you know, you want some kind of Eye beam, but lets call it Light Beam, or maybe destro locks chaos bolt, but light bolt ?
Well that’s fair, though paladins do have a tendency to leap during cutscenes in this game. (Arthas got leaping smacked by an Ashbringer wielder twice (DK starting area AND when Frostmourne was shattered), Yrel leaped onto the Iron Horde warship. Etc.etc.) so It would of been nice.
Two baseline horse charges would be good though. Much like how you say it sucks to drop a charge, it sucks when you have to spec out of Cavalier.
Divine steed should have a free hand of freedom baked into it.
been awhile since i’ve played enh in pvp but, don’t we have ghost leap, frost brand, earthbind totem, ghost wolf itself, a longer attack range than most melees, and capacitor totem? Certainly more tools to kite / prevent kiting than other classes like say warrior or priest.
Can you macro that currently, or is there a delay due to the GCD?

Warriors aren’t the only class that leaps.
Off the op of my head:
Rogues have a grappling hook that lets them leap
Enhancement Shaman has Lunging bite that throws them at the target
Demon Hunters.
And those are just the melees I’ve tried. Druid and Hunter probably have leaps or gap closers too
Because it’s not that mobile : )
How about:
Gaining holy power increases movement speed by 5% per charge of Holy Power for 5 seconds.
Or maybe 10% per charge UP TO 3 charges.
Something that’s always active and fits snugly with the class identity better than a charge or leap.
Call it “Light-Footed” or “Holy Powerwalk.”
