Many hints at Paladins being extended, however any communication on this? In game lore exists for Night Elves Dark Spear Trolls and Kul Tiran have in game lore for it already. This would be an easy addition for 10.2.7 actually. The moment we can make Gnome Paladins it’s all over btw. While we are at it add Drac Paladins

But as for the OP… no word, don’t think any new combos are incoming any time soon, and there’s Velfs that they’ll either be smart about with a racial class skin or just throw all lore out the window with. Have to wait and see.

A racial class skin that lets them wield void versions of the paladin abilities would be rather cool not going to lie. We’ll see though, wonder if they’d do a class skin for other races too rather than just the elves. I mean a sort of Duneblessed like theme for Vulpera paladins would be neat, can throw sand in people’s faces lol

I already do that, I carry lots of sand in my pocket for such occasions! If they give me snacks however I don’t throw sand at them. Most of the time. Depends how good the snack is. nod

They’ve only told us “we are working on it”.
They have not given us a time frame, so “soon” is the best anyone can give until Blizz checks back with us.
It would be a nice addition, we don’t know if it would be easy. Those are two different states, the second of which we cannot know the value of because we do not have insight into the requirements to make it happen. It might look easy on the outside looking in, but it may be more involved than we know.

You mean like seeing Hunter, Death Knight, Mage, Priest, and Warlock expanded to all races?
You mean more than Blizzard stating continuously before Dragonflight that the goal is eventually for no race and class restrictions? If you’re looking for a timeline then you’re just out of luck. Soon™ is the best you get right now.
Male Night Elves and Undead could be Priests and female Night Elves could be Druids, meaning Vanilla.
Lightbound Orcs were introduced with the Mag’har Allied Race questline, if there were a way for Orcs to become Paladins I think creating some scenario of them joining the Horde would cause it to happen. They could get Lightbound tattoo options too.
That “Lightforging” process that Draenei and Orcs went though is a pretty convenient excuse to spread Paladin out to everything I think.

Cogspin was dressed funny for the trainer that introduced the priest class to gnomes. Even has a unique mount. 
Can’t they just use the Discipline Priest artifact lore? Being imbued with Shadow/Void makes the Light more potent and violent but requires higher focus?

It makes sense for Paladin to be next because it doesn’t require any special art. I figure Druid will be last due to the forms and maybe Shaman right before them due to the totems.
This would be the easiest for Blizzard as all they need is to create mounts for them, and all they need do is bling up their racial mounts as they did with the other races (I can’t wait to see the Goblin’s blinged up trike!).

It will mostly likely not be racial but instead Paladins of Tyr so all us other races would probably share a common mount associated with Tyr.

I don’t want paladins for every race unless we get some intense reskins of abilities…
An Orc Paladin? The only way that I would be okay with it is if it’s a heavy-armor wielder of the elements… so all the abilities’ graphics would have to change.
Less, in this case, is actually more.
See, this is one of the race/class combos that needs to be eliminated…
OR, at the very least, made only available every few years, so there’s very few of them around and it’s sort of a prestige thing.
