If you see an infected citizen, cleanse them immediately. Do your job. We shouldn’t have to ask and we don’t have to thank you. You are required, by the light, to cleanse us immediately.
I would also like to add that asking for monetary compensation is extortion. You are a Paladin or Priest for a reason. Cleanse me and my friends, right now. 
Pretty sure the dummies at Blizzard who thought this was a good idea, and that people can actually grief by bringing this into BGs and infecting your raid… are part of the problem… Such a big company, and this is what they come up with!? SMH…
I have witnessed first hand of Paladins and Priests of the Light run AWAY from the Zombies and watch the Zombies kill the citizens of Stormwind. This is absolutely outrageous!
no one, especially paladins and priests owe you anything.
Players complained then, too. Some people had fun with the event. Others were annoyed that their daily rituals of doing daily quests or whatever was impacted.
We don’t need to do anything…there are NPCs who do it for you go there!!!

In seriousness, it’s not such a huge deal if you get infected in these games anyways. You just become a zombie for 2 minutes at most, die then become normal again. Heck, i’ve yet to see a zombie the moment i’ve got done with my DK starting area in Org.

In a hypothetical world where every player has the awareness to do it and there weren’t NPCs that literally did it for you on the first try, sure.
But we live with a community where a DK logs onto a level one alt to trash talk me for not, “sitting there and face tanking them”, as a feral druid. For the record I wasn’t kiting or anything, just chasing their back for shreds.
