if your argument is “THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE OR THAT IS STUPID!!!” i have 4 words for you… Tauren and Draeni Rogues.
“HERE, LOOK HOW SNEAKY I AM!!!” CLUMP CLUMP CLUMP CLUMP CLUMP
so i think its silly to still restrict some races from things.
and yes… this is because i want to race change from lightforged Draeni to Vulperan.
Being a rogue doesn’t require absolute devotion to one’s chosen faith. Being a paladin does, and vulpera haven’t been shown as devout followers of the Light or a loa. The rogue race argument continuously being used as ammo for any combo being added is tired, insipid, and ignorant.
See, this is where having sethrak instead of dumb vulpera would have come ahead. Sethrak paladins? That makes sense the way zandalaradins make sense! As in, totally makes sense.
Look there’s sneaky stealth where you slip by undetected and direct stealth where there’s noone alive to ever report detecting you. Draenai and tauren rogues are the latter.
Rogues literally use shadow magic to make themselves almost perfectly invisible and undetectable. This makes no sense since this game and universe hasn’t used Vanilla design for longer than Vanilla even existed as a current phase.
As with other class restrictions, the ones that aren’t almost all freed up are the ones that have racial-influenced animations and interactions. We have to wait until production pipeline manages to reach the area where they can spare the budget to do it.
Blizzard already said all races all classes is coming and it’s a matter of time and priority.
All Races should be able to get Pally Class options because all you need is for a Glowing Floating Light symbol to grant the power and the ability to equip plate armor.
Because no one chooses to become a DK, they just die and get raised by the Lich King or a similarly powerful figure. Becoming a paladin actually is a choice, one that is only made by characters who are fully devoted to the Light or an equivalent, and again, vulpera have never shown this level of commitment.
