All I gotta say as a Ret, that absolutely loves his class, is wow. AS the horde, hybrid equivalent of a Paladin, the amount of love and changes this class has received is astronomical. We are at the bottom of the bottom in terms of dps. If i wasnt in a dedicated guild, I would never get a pug.
If we got even a 1/3 of what this class has received, id be super happy. Their 2h spec is so well rounded, im just very jealous.

I think you’re best to make a constructive forum about some changes you’d like to see and solutions to some issues you might have with the class.
I’d steer away from the whole Shaman vs Pally thing because at the end of the day, both hybrid tax classes have been hamstrung for many years and we need to voice together as we are quite similar despite being different faction.

Hey, I like you, and this. I’m not mad at all, just jealous. Just imagining getting a 30% attk speed increase off hit over these trash runes i got makes me feel some kind of way. Truthfully, I havent played wow long enough to even know what the class needs.

In my opinion, Phase 1 was all about pally love, now on Phase 2 it seems they are giving the love to shammies.
2H enhance is stinky doodoo poopoo. Had one in my gnomer last night that did 3.1% of the group damage overall.
Ret and Prot pally love. Holy got nothing.
Same for the Resto shaman. They got zip.

Dunno what your smoking but paladin dps has been higher than enhance this whole time, Phase 1 and 2.
If you are annoyed about ele being higher this phase for 2 weeks well. Idk it’s all spellcasters.

They were fairly close and then they buffed enhance by 30% and did nothing to ret lol.
So like the last week? Lol.
This kind of figures though. Shaman DPS gets slightly ahead of ret for the first time in 3 months and ret paladins start losing their minds.
I don’t want any of us to be “bad”. I’m sure the devs don’t either and will work on buffs to make all melee more equal. But I don’t think saying shaman are favored over ret because the first time since this season started, they are ahead that they are the “favourites”, is anything but disingenuous.

Both healer specs are meh to play and boring but resto is hella strong at least
Both melee DPS specs do nuts dmg and so does ele
Shaman tank is like the best tank in the game. Idk if something changed but I don’t see how any tank can come close to their free tank stats and amount of free threat they get.
Pala tank idk much about but I’d rather have it than a warrior in gnomer for sure.
Honestly though way of Earth I think is kinda op especially in the burst meta. You can turn any spec into an instant tank. I’ve seen shamans tank 4 people at once when any other class gets looked at by 2-3 and just drops. I haven’t leveled horde this phase yet so I haven’t faced paladins this phase but I don’t see it being much different from last phase. And sure palas have really good DMG too but they don’t do crazy burst and are also insanely tanky compared to everyone else. Like getting one shot by an enhance whatever that’s fine if it happens that’s part of the class identity. It’s just way too much free tank stats from Way of Earth though imo.
Anyone remember when the narrative on these forums was that aggrend plays a paladin so they are always overpowered? oh boy those were bleak times
remeber when pallys got a ton of solid runes and did great dps all phase 1 with that free quest mace and dominated pvp in ashenvale

Add lay on hands to the list of things that do get hit with forbearance and give warriors shattering throw then you noob pallies can have a small buff.
so just one employee plays a pally no other blizz dev plays any other class? just saying its getting old.
