With double legendary, this adds an additional charge to Paladin’s Vanquisher’s Hammer. Due to this nature, when in a M+ key, the Urh buff was not reducing the cooldown on Vanquisher’s Hammer or changing it’s recharge time whatsoever. Please fix this.
