Hi friends, i’m not complaining about queues or demanding monetary compensation for the 3.50 USD worth of time people may have missed. I have an actual question about the game.
Did any other paladins not get the level 20 hammer/sense undead quest? I hit 24 and have gone to all the trainers in SW and have gotten no such quest? Did they remove some class quests? Or did i get bugged somehow?

Were you able to do the redemption quest at level 12?
Did you possibly get a tome of valor in your inventory that needs to be used to start the quest? Been a while since I played pally, and my most recent experience may not have been accurate.
For Humans the quests giver is in the Cathedral in SW - Redemption
An NPC near the trainer in your capital city will provide you with a volume, the Tome of Valor. Use the tome to start the quest, which will direct you to talk to your trainer - Sense Undead +Shield/2H rewards
