I’m going through the Paladin Intro Questline to unlocked the Legion Order Hall, and a number of the NPCs that I am trying to interact with are not appearing. Specifically Lord Maxwell Tyrosus in the Order Hall, and Justicar Julia Celeste in Dalaran. I’ve looked up every guide/video I can to try to fix this, but I’m pretty sure I’m in a bugged phase.
