Noob here. I have been comparing my self to other Ret paladins and see that everyone has so much more haste then me even thou i have more pieces of haste on my gear. What am i missing?
How much haste do you have? Looking at your profile it says you have 77% haste which I think is just the website not displaying your correct amount. When I look at murlok (dot) io, it tells me the top 50 ret paladins for m+ have an average of 21% haste. When I play ret, I have 22% haste and it feels smooth.
19% crit
21% haste
43% mastery
3% versatility
These are all the average stats of the top 50 rets in pve.
I have around 20-22% and i feel like playing with lag, shooting for 30% standard haste is a goal for me.
With just 22% i press a button and it triggers in 0.5 seconds, it’s driving me crazy.
You do have haste on most pieces, if you craft a weapon make sure it’s haste/mastery along with haste mastery on the other piece if you want to pair up the nerubian X2 enchant… those are the ones you can surely get to have haste on easily.
The rest is up to just getting higher ilvl (with haste!) pieces, so gl. 
ALSO to note that we will lose 4%+ haste in the next patch as they are taking out Seal of Alacrity, so that’s a downgrade…
I guess results will vary but I feel like 22% haste is okay. Very rarely am I without a button to press, maybe 1-2 times a dungeon run. I just need to work on ilvl and mastery now. Ret still pumping though.
just hit 32% haste with the haste phial last night and it feels great. I like to be around 35%.
No need haste. Crit and Mastery is the way to go. We are not an agile character. We are knights in heavy armor. We hit slow but we hit hard and with precision

Haste to increase holy power generation and CD reduction. Also procs art of war more.
I enjoy playing pala exactly because of that.
I want haste on my DH lol
