How is Paladin about AoE? Can farm killing some packs without problem?
Looking for a melee class which has a descent AoE and call kill some packs without problem.
Should be able to, yes.
all specs have access to consecration for some dumb reason. it’s pretty worthless unless you’re planning on being protection. other than that, protection also has avenger’s shield which bounces through 4 targets, often being proc’d, so its a very consistent aoe attack. shield of the righteous is also a frontal cone.
retribution’s got divine storm and wake of ashes which are both insanely good. wake of ashes, especially, since its also a mass stun against undead, demons, and aberrations and shadowlands is full of undead. usually, you can get 2-3 divine storm’s in a row, as well. talent wise, final reckoning is an alright aoe, giving a debuff for your holy power spenders which includes divine storm. on the same row is something i forgot the name of, but its on the left. it sends a centered explosion of damage outward with each holy power spent, pretty much turning you into an aoe during your burst phase.
it’s one of those classes that has pretty much every option, but excels at none of them.
