He is still trying to kill me so I fight back in my paladin decked out in green mail and kill him. No clue what level he is because he was that much higher…

fire is mostly the setup cause flame shock and whatnot but some people use nature spells more aside from that.
i personally would do fire res cause there are pieces that are still good that have it and its basically free on the cloak 30 fr.
It’s always been the “golden boy” class of this game. Just look at the statistics by expansion. It’s the most popular class in the game followed by druid.
Just put dots and drain on and use felgaurd you’ll win vs 99% of paladins
Nah they just press hoj and insta kill me. It’s hard to stay at a distance. Locks don’t got great range only 20 yards on drain. Paly can gap close very easily if they have bubble or a stun. But yes if I can kite they just kinda die

So I fight paly. He press bubble stead. I die. Even with 50% reduction. I have 7k HP open world. And MoM is basically a paly ability at this point. But yeah I’ll just run fetish save trinket for every paly I see. I’ll hide every 2 min and wait for trinket to play the game

Brother. The kit paly has is bloated. Play normally lacks mobility so it’s hard for them to gap close. However in sod that’s not an issue. This makes them frustrating to play against because fetish is a niche trinket while MoM is just given to ret because no one else uses it. Ur solution to paly is to use every CD for them existing and if u don’t have them then it’s just L. Just accept that paly didn’t need steed. If they don’t have steed they are pretty balanced. The ability to just steed into the enemy and get 2 free seal proc then judge while judge is off gcd is ridiculous.
A good warlock will beat almost every single paladin. Stop coping and learn how to play from some one like elidibs
I never said they couldn’t I said ur kit is bloated. You refuse to acknowledge that and just say “well just use all ur CDs” a single class shouldn’t ever pose so much of a threat that if they touch u then u explode. While having all the tools to close that gap. They either need to have less burst or less tools to gap close. I would say the same about lock if we had gate and port in sod.
