The pally rune for crusader strike is bugged for me. I obtained the rune at level 1 and when i was doing the requirement to obtain the rune it never gave me the move. It is now not drooping the rune and i cannot complete the pally quest for it.
Same happened to me as well. Dropped the quest and grabbed new stacks a few times hoping but no change. Contemplating just starting a new pally and trying again.
I actually found th eproblem. Right click the libram that is on your character screen. It should give you the skill found that our after recreating my toon.

I can’t even get the damn thing to drop I have been grinding that area for the past 2 hours! and still haven’t got it too drop idk what to do…
Okay, so apparently when you click the spell, it equips the libram on your character. Then, right click the libram and you learn the spell.
same here , dropped once , clicked and it dissapeared, NOT learned , not in rune bar, cant hand in quest…

the libram is autoequipped! guess i needed to DISCOVER THAT
