Take rebuke off of the global timer so paladins have more reason to pick it. Makes kicking infinitely more viable as a paladin especially considering how our gameplay allows for very little downtime, if we wait for a global to kick then we miss the kick.
Make the Improved Blessing of Might talent in the ret tree also increase the STR/AGI bonus of Horn of Lordaeron so paladins have more reason to invest into this talent.
