Technically, your regular subscription is the Battle Pass. It comes with free tenders, and there’s also free to play accounts up to a certain level.
Why not just ask Blizzard to add tender as part of the vault reward. This would give 4 times a month to get some extra tender. This would be the perfect time since you can do world content to get the vault.
I have a better idea… lets remove the already existing “battle pass lite” they have and just give people small bits of tenders from every activity they do.
