Pacifist Rig is a very strong option to take and generally saves me, but about 20% of the time when I’m being ejected from the Pacifist Rig my game will crash and I will have to exit out and reboot WoW. Usually, it’s not an issue but there have been a couple times that this has resulted in a death making me nearly run out of lives. Unsure what is causing this specifically because it’s happened in different delves at different times. Beware using Pacifist Rig until it is fixed!

I have had it happen randomly, but I think you can also induce this if you take the rig too far away from where it spawned. The crash has only killed me once so far, but I have had numerous crashes. Any ETA on a fix for this?
I have had this happen a lot too. I have learned to just hit the leave vehicle button and it hasn’t happened. The thing usually comes in with 1 second left to kill whatever it is I am killing anyways.
You get buttons? I don’t think I ever see buttons. Guess that’s bug number two.
You don’t get buttons on the bar. They show up as little ones on top of my bar. I can’t recall if its considered a pet bar or not and showing up there, I usually am on my pally and don’t have a pet.
This happen to me 3 times Delve Tier 11s yesterday, but hasn’t happened to me in any lower Tier Delves yet. My game disconnected but didn’t completely crash.
Ahhhh so that’s part of it… Same here NEVER crash, NEVER!!
All of sudden with the last patch I crash at least once per delve, NO WHERE else!
I’m not new to WOW and the generic run repair, update your drivers, reinstall the game TWENTY YEAR nonsense… Ya Im old 
Last time I crashed, just hour ago when rig hit my bar came up for the Cataloger’s quest 
I bet this is good fun for folks that do mythic and randoms, especially if its a Tank or healer…
Looks like it’s time for another, four years vacation from this aggravation…
Just happened while standing on the little control bubble. Literally turned 180 degrees to attack something and my game crashed.
