Does anyone know if blizzard has stated when they intend to implement the nature resist crafted gear that came out with the naxx patch in vanilla?
From what I’ve looked up examples of NR gear added in naxx (1.11) patch: Gaea’s embrace, Sylvan set, Bramblewood set, and Ironvine set. The sandstalker set appears to have been added in the emerald world dragon patch (1.8)

#nochanges would mean you have to do huhu/visc without the craftable NR stuff. this won’t be impossible by any means.
it was done differently on private servers. i know K3 didn’t have these sets available when the gates opened, not sure about lights hope/northdale servers.
How important are the resist sets for aq/naxx?
I didn’t play on level 60 private servers and we’ve been able to mostly ignore resistance thus far so curious what people with pserver knowledge know
no one really knows 100%, but we will once the PTR drops.
if i had to bet right now, world buffed dps will negate the resistance gear requirements. you will need resistance gear if you don’t have world buffs.
viscidus NR requirement can be completely bypassed with elixir of poison resistance. everyone needs like 10-15 of them, they are on a 3 second CD. they negate 60% of visc’s poison damage. if your guild goes with this strat and some schmuck has zero NR and zero elixirs, he will die quickly
