So glad to have found this awesome place to call home. Especially during trying times, having a place to relax, keep it chill, and just enjoy playing the game with others in similar situation is pretty darn fantastic.

Joined as a complete WoW noob at the end of Legion, and it was a great decision. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and happy to help each other out as needed. There is something for everyone: Mythic âMinusâ nights for people who need help gearing or just prefer lower keys, a couple of AOTC raid teams (and toes dipped into Mythic), high key runs, PvP, old raids for transmog and achievements, lowbie dungeon shenanigans â you name it, weâve probably done it. And if you prefer solo content, there are always friends to talk to in guild chat, or to ask for help and advice when needed.
Itâs a mature group of players with no raging and no drama. Just a bunch of people who love WoW getting together to have fun playing it. Looking forward to continuing into Shadowlands!

If you are looking for a friendly/helpful guild then look no further to call Pensive your home. Ive been a part of this community for over 2 years now and this is what a guild should be. Pensive is always looking for fresh faces to join and grow to be a family thats willing to either help you gear up or just have a relaxing coversation. Every day there are members joining mythics with each other/weekly raids/mount runs/other activities that keep you well satisfied with playing the game with other like minded people.
The rules they set also keep the place drama free. Lets face it we all just come to these games to get away from everyday life and enjoy some peace and quiet while virtually mud stomping murlocs :slight_smile

I joined Pensive a year ago and it has been quite easily the second best decision in my WoW life (after picking up WoW itself kek). The people in Pensive are incredible - friendly, always willing to help out, tons of people on at all times. The leadership team runs a great ship - Briar, Aschien, Doc and many more.
If youâre looking for a truly amazing guild with amazing people, then look no further than a quick â/who siveâ on Horde and Alliance.

I know that for many people (like me), when I see âthe best peopleâ, âthe most funâ, âthe greatest guildâ, and so on it kind of just rolls off. 
âSure, sure⊠you and every other guild.â 
Will you, the person reading this, love <PĂ©nsive[A]/Pensive[H]> as your new forever home in World of Warcraft? I couldnât tell you. Everyoneâs idea of âfunâ and âcomfortableâ and âengagedâ varies.
Hereâs what I can tell you. 
The guild is active. There activities nearly every day of the week, often more than one per day. Yes, that cycles higher and lower but even at the ebb of activity in a week or month itâs still really solid. From raid groups to old content groups to xmog groups to mythic+ to mythic zero (a night for low levels mythics for people new to them) to using your character as a dart from a high place to motorcycles rides across Azeroth to whatever anyone can think of, including whatever you think of and post on the calendar or the very active Discord.
The guild is friendly. We donât discuss politics or religion. We donât think things like that are unimportant, but the opposite. Because they are so important, people can get really passionate, partisan, and vocal. Which is OK! But it can be disruptive to the gaming experience.
Does friendly mean no fun? Well, only if being a troll or âjokingâ about hurtful topics is fun. If so, yeaaaaah we are veeeeerrry unfun. Please stay away and join one of the âcoolâ guilds where people can be as rude as they want.
Does friendly mean no risk of being offended? Nope. Even on our best behavior misunderstandings arise. Friendly for us means giving your guildies the benefit of the doubt, calmly sorting things out, and apologizing if you cross a line.
For example, I was leveling a druid and got to Legion content and tried for the Resto artifact weapon. Kept bombing even with WoWHead tips. (Never really healed in WoW.) I typed in /g that it was confirmed Iâd never heal in this game. Got a lot of LoLs. That could seem rude, or it could be commiseration (as in âyeah been there as a new healerâ). Turned out to be the latter.
The guild is well-regulated. So if someone does act out of line, especially if they are harassing you or someone else, screenshot it and send to leadership. They will investigate. It isnât an oppressive thing where you must fear being reported 
, itâs âhey that person just made repeated threats and is all-capping non-stop obscenities so I should let someone know.â
Well-regulated also means helping people organize their own activities, keeping track of alts, keeping track of cookies for being a positive member, promoting members who make the guild a better place, managing the guild banks, etc. Itâs a lot of work to keep things going. 
The guild is member-driven. From the newest members to those at the highest ranks of responsibility, the guild depends on friendly conversations, shared interest in activities, goodwill between members, and celebrating each other as we reach milestones. 
You donât have to join lots of activities - there is no required quota. You donât have to be a social butterly in /gchat or Discord 
. You just have to want to be part of a WoW community that sees its members as its greatest strength and then give it, and yourself, a chance to continue to grow, evolve, and improve. We want to enjoy the game together, even those of us who mostly play solo.
So, will this be the guild for you? Donât know.
