Own SL, WoW is still attempting to play BFA - incompatible

I’ve bought SL, but when I try to play the game, it opens with the BFA login screen and shows all servers as incompatible. I’ve updated the Battlenet client, and no download starts for WoW so it seems like the game is up to date. So I currently can’t play.

What is the version number showing as on the Battle.net Desktop App and/or on the login screen?
