As the topic’s title says, upgrades for rings lower than the current I own are costing crests for upgrades.
I have a 665 ring, and when going to upgrade a 658 ring, it is going to cost me another 30 Gilded crests to upgrade this new ring.
I have put on two 665 Rings, shifted their slots, logged in and out, and it still requiring me to spend additional crests to upgrade this new ring, when I have already received and equipped rings of a higher ilvl.
This is working as intended, for weapons, rings, and trinkets where you have two slots, you must have TWO items at a higher ilvl before you receive the discount. Get another 665 ring and the upgrade on 658 will be discounted

They said they put on two 665 rings.
What two rings did you equip that were 665?
A Blighted and Bloodoath signet…both are drops from keys that I upgraded and flipflop with my cyrses
Armory says your Blighted is only 662.
