What is the Owlin race?**
Owlin are owl-folk, or humanoid sentient owls, that are distant relatives of the giant owls who reside in the Feywild.
Technically speaking, within the lore of MTG Aven are also a subspecies of Aven, since Aven describes all forms of humanoid bird people.
This race resides on Arcavios, the plane on which Strixhaven is founded and as such are associated with all of the colleges of the university.
Where most students come to Strixhaven from different planes of the multiverse, most Owlin grow up on Archavios and then venture to other planes later in life.
Some Owlin are nocturnal, following the sleep habits of their ancestors. Others just tend to be more like your average night owls, waking up late and staying out late. Besides this, not much is known about the Owlin.

Man, I was gonna say while it might be interesting to get a version of the Stewards as a playable race outside SL (as they are effectively Owlin) your toxicity and vitriolic responses has just made me hope they never get added.
Seriously calling some one a racist for asking just how many of these separate threads you plan to open instead of say, one singular mega thread, or the like is just…man, there’s sinking your own boat and then there’s this.

It’s totally a made-up race - from a completely different game owned by a different company. Blizzard couldn’t add them even if everybody wanted them to do so (which they don’t) because they don’t own the rights.

Elves are an archaic term that can’t be copyrighted. Qwlin are someone else’s IP. I’m not sure why I’m explaining this to you, but maybe someone else will learn from it. 
Elves aren’t copyrighted - owlin are, so Blizzard can’t use them (as I’ve already pointed out).
Instead of ripping stuff off from D&D, how about looking at the various races that are already IN the game and come up with some good reasons that they should be playable? Or is that just too much work?

Owlin already exist on Azeroth as the Moonkin, and they are playable; just change your Specialization to Balance!
