Mine still says 9am.
Actually I just restarted Bnet and todays notification is no longer there, so hopefully realms on their way up
we all know they are just going to break something and have to do maintenance again.

official site hasnt change from 9. I still have a banner saying it as well on bnet
if you try to log in on the game, the notification now says “10 am PDT”.
It originally did say from 7-9 am PST (10-12 pm for EST). But when it appeared it would be up on time, the load screen took a while and all servers where down. The notification at the top changed to say 10 am (1 pm) now.
You might have to refresh your launcher to get a more accurate time.
