This has been happening since the Undermine patch, and I haven’t been able to figure out how to solve it. Disabling Bartender4 and OmniCC have no effect.

Top image: Bartender4 shows the cd of the ability, but the Blizzard bar does not.
Middle image: In order to get the cd to show, I have to mouseover the button on my screen.
Bottom image: The button does not update and I have to keep mousing over it if I want it to. Otherwise it will stay greyed out or lit up depending on its last state.
This sometimes happens with the Extra Action Button ui element as well, I just can’t think of where to go to replicate it as easily as DRIVE in Undermine.
