Every single game consistently my breakdown has Overpower and Execute hitting way harder than Mortal Strike.
Not to mention that base slam damage is 1.1m and base MS is 1m.
Is this the “hard hitting” design Blizzard envisions for Arms?

they said they were reducing button bloat or something maybe the new rotation will be slam slam slam
overpower is slightly under MS, execute slightly over, execute needs a 10% buff and MS 15% and arms will be good again.
or even just remove some negative pvp modifiers on EP, fatality, and martial prowess… and buff spear to 1 min cd, buff warlords torment, worst capstone in the game
