I’m not a sensitive person by any stretch and I never report posts (I think its stupid and childish), but I do understand that there are some folks on these forums who are really and extremely sensitive to crude, toilet and satire humor.
I don’t want to break anyones mental state and I don’t think its fair to them or me.
I think there needs to be an adult forum page here. I understand times have changed and the culture is changing but can we get a grown up forum were you can be yourself without hurting the precious feelings of overly sensitive adults.
All I’m asking for is a place to be able to converse with other adults who play WOW without having to be silenced by those mentally sensitive people. A place were you’re only sileneced or banned if you threaten to do bodily harm to someone. You know the way things used to be on forums.
I feel unwelcomed by World of Warcraft because I can’t be myself and if I can’t be myself then maybe its time to go.

Also there needs to be a way to mute those who report your post because I have a feeling I hurt someones feelings and they’re stalking me on the forums.
Is there a reason in particular why such a place has to exist on Blizzard’s official forums when there are plenty of other places out there that could host the kind of content that Blizzard doesn’t want to be responsible for having on their official website?
How is he overly sensitive? Dude’s just saying he wants a place where he can post crude humor and such without getting banned/reported/muted. He’s not wrong. A lot of people on this forum over the past few years have developed somewhat thinner skin and even simple arguments at times can lead to someone being flagged inappropriate.
I mean, yeah, he has to go outside the game forums to talk about the game simply because the way he speaks at times upsets people, like he stated. Hell, even Blizzard is removing content from the game which might fall in line with his speaking behaviors. Meanwhile other games on the market still has these type of issues/humor/etc and people who play those don’t bat an eye.

Blizzard is never going to take responsibility for having a free-for-all unmoderated discussion area for a Teen-rated game, and it’s kind of weird to expect them to, in my opinion. It’s like getting mad at the mall cops for coming over and telling you to find somewhere else to grind on your significant other - it’s a matter of appropriate time and place.
Oh very simple to achieve that make your own forums, practice your own censorship rules and post to your hearts content if you have no control over the words that come out of your mouth and anyone can trigger and bait you in breaking the rules that haven’t changed for like YEAAARS then yeah I stand by what I said.
